Levels of Hoarding

Level 3: 

Level three hoarding is where you'd consider reaching out for help. This is when the floor is almost covered. Most of the chairs, counters, and sofas are covered in trash. 

Level 4:

Level four hoarding is where things get significantly more unsanitary. Toilets and water are off. The occupant's hygiene may take a sharp decline. Most if not all living spaces are covered in trash and junk.  

Level 5:

Level 5 is a worst case scenario. These usually result from years of collecting junk. Symptoms of level 5 hoarding are avalanche risk from high piles of junk, no water, no electricity, and pathways over junk throughout the house. 

What does a hoarding clearout cost?

Although we try to be as transparent and upfront with our pricing, there is no clear answer to this question. We've had small apartment clearouts that have ran around $2,000, and we've had full single family homes dip into the five figures for a clearout.
